So steep to find gravel road limited parking outside and they charged $27 per night for that. Old big house with noise, bad smell, inconvenient steep rocky step walk, poor room maintenance. Not worth it to stay and will not recommend.

Very clean and close to the cove only downfall is everything is uphill behind the hotel. Restaurants and bars so it a steep climb.

The room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. Good location, walkable to alot of places to eat. Only complaint is the walls are very thin so you can hear any little noise outside or in next room.

Property is dated - luxury rooms are only assessable by a mountain of stairs - overpriced for what you get ; however, location is fantastic.

Thank you for your stay and review. Our luxury rooms are located in the Pines building, which are accessible by an elevator and stairs. The Terrace rooms are the ones that are accessible by stairs only. We hope to see you again soon.

Bathroom is super tiny. Rooms are ready for an update. Location is unbeatable. The pool was great. Great value.
