Amazing hotel with unlimited matcha , ice cream and ramen . Fantastic breakfast buffet and the onsen . Close to Kyoto station !

This was like a little oasis within the city. I chose it to relax and unwind on my final night of a very active week of traveling and it was worth it. The onsen was extremely nice and everything was provided for. It was within walking distance of everything you could possibly need, 3 blocks from Kyoto Station. I will certainly stay again if I'm ever back in Kyoto!

I really love this hotel. Is very convenient walking to the Kyoto station and have lots of tiny restaurants close by. Overall I had a good experience.

The property is well maintained, good onsen services (go early in the morning or between 3-6pm to avoid crowd). However, it can get really overwhelming with the amount of guest using the public area. There is a no tattoo policy, but if you have a small tattoo they will provide bandage to help cover it up.

Experience was great, but the facility is ridiculously crowded at all times. But compared to the insane number of guests, the rooms were quiet and undisturbed.

The daily breakfast buffet was terrific, a Variety to suit most tastes, including the traditional Japanese dishes. Make sure it’s included with your stay! Don’t forget the complementary late night, Ramen, the hotel provides. The Onsen bath is a must Experience. May not be a cup of tea for everyone, but try at least once I’d say. Toiletries and amenities provided by hotel was exceptional, check in with clothing is all you need. Shoes are not allowed on property must be placed in locker at lobby, but sandals and socks will be provided to you. Enjoy the full experience!
