The large sized room was very comfy and cozy for our 11 night stay in Kyoto. The location, staff and hotel were very nice, and we would stay there again. Although we were a little disappointed with the breakfast.

One of the best hotels ive stayed at in Japan. The staff here are really nice & super helpful. In a great & convenient area. The hotel is more modern which i like.

Very stylish and comfortable Hotel, due to the Location near the Kyoto station also easy to catch public transport. Unfortunately we had the stairs of another building close to our window and hence got hardly any daylight. Everything else was perfect!

The hotel is nice and modern. It is walkable to Kyoto station, however it’s on the opposite side of where most of the tourist spots are.

Excellent hotel to stay at. Very close to Kyoto station. Would give it five stars across the board except for the Italian restaurant attached to the hotel. The food was sub par (all 4 dishes we had) and the cost was astronomical. Stay away from the restaurant and go support one of the many local places nearby.

Great hotel. Happy hour in the lobby is a great touch. Staff was very friendly and the entire property had a nice modern feel. The room needed a few more plugs and maybe some drawers.

Accessible from Kyoto Station, with about 8mins walk. Opposite the hotel is a teppan izakaya style restaurant, which the hotel is able to make the reservation for us in advance. The restaurant is excellent! Room is clean and spacious, ideal for young families. The staffs were all friendly. On check out day, I forgot that I left my passport in the hotel room safe, they were able to retrieve it and safekeep it till I am there to get it back.
