To say this is a 4* hotel is a giant leap of imagination. When I checked in the bed linens were lightly stained and the room I booked only had one available outlet, on the other side of the room. In this day and age, we are all charging our phones and tablets and for me, I needed another outlet for a heating pad to help with cramps from chemotherapy. I upgraded to a bigger better room, but even still one had to put their shoulder into the door to open or close it. The sink and tub drains were clogged with who knows what and were slow to drain. The towels were threadbare. The toilet seat had seen better days, perhaps during the Clinton years. Yet the staff seemed very attentive, while their command of English was pretty limited. I ate at the hotel twice and was disappointed both times. I was told it was happy hour at the pool when it wasn’t and they went out of their way to show me signs afterward, despite what the man who took my order had told me. While the hotel had seen better days, there was construction and renovation of an adjacent building so it’s quite possible that when that project is done and open later in 2024 they might go to work on the property side I stayed in. Let’s hope so.

The hotel is close to Kuta beach, but the rooms are dingy and the safe box was not working. The locks had problems and the staff took 40 minutes to open the door...also area is surrounded by touts and pimps...so not a great place for family stay.

Stayed here for 3 weeks in March. Absolutely enjoy this hotel. Third stay here. The facilities and staff are great and its in a good central location. Its currently in development and the final product will be exceptional. The new rooftop pool is very enjoyable.

On night arrival given dirty, mouldy room on the ground floor with a garden view of a tree and wall! Moved to 4th floor, smelt cleaner but wasn't. Dirty bed linen and towels, marks in bath, wobbly taps, mould painted over and univited guests, ants. Yes I know its a hot country but you do not want to woken up at 2am by ants in your bed. New swimming pool looks very swish, but is green with alge. The rainwater in the old leaking pool is cleaner. This is still causing issues with dampness throughout the hotel. They are building a new extention and the new part my be different when complete, Offered a suite on checkout but by then i had enough. I wouldnt book here again.

Friendly staff. Great location. Not too glamorous but served the needed purpose... A little noisy on the ground floor with the entertainment but no biggie though - WHO THE HELL GOES TO BALI FOR QUITNESS, Hhahaha!!!
