The rooms are rather dated. The bathroom could use some remodeling. Overall, the stay was wonderful! The staff and their service is excellent. The property has security especially as the location is in the central of Kuta. The private beach and boardwalk are amazing. Morning and evening walks are a must. The boardwalk path leads to the city if you do not wish to walk towards it from the front of the property. That's a plus!
Restaurants and drinks are good. Breakfast buffet each morning is a wonderful plus to our stay. Their menu changes daily to serve everyone's appetite - Indonesian, Indian, European, coffee, tea, water, juice. Must try the buffet.
The hotel also facilitate our money exchange as well as booking of tours and restaurants. They are very accommodating to guests. The property also has a helipad which is a wonderful addition to the property. Have to keep that in mind next time.

Big and clean pool area and very well maintained gardens.
Super friendly staff ,helpful in any situation.
Good size rooms and great selection of breakfast options makes the stay really pleasant.

We loved the 2 bedroom beachfront villa. The villa and view was fabulous.
Staff and amenities were wonderful.
The villa pool was perfect for my family. It was a decent size and quite deep.
Would definitely stay here again.

Discovery Kartika Plaza Hotel was a wonderful place to stay. We had a great time. Our room was the cheapest and it was clean, spacious and well-maintained. We enjoyed the huge pool and swim up bar. There was entertainment each morning and night. The breakfast buffet was massive. Its in a very convenient spot and a short walk to Waterbom Park.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, great breakfast with lots to choose from. Big pool but not a lot of shade to lounge by the pool and sun lounges are very low. We stayed in April and the pool was too warm for us
