The property facilities are good but the service is average and seems the staff shortage affecting the service level. Food quality is average.

The staff were unaccommodating , dismissive, and unhelpful and lacking insight into guests needs. They were unwilling to accommodate us for breakfast because we did not book at the time of our initial reservation - despite their dining room being more than 1/2 empty and when nearly all other restaurants in town were closed because of the day of the week ( apparently most breakfast places are closed on Wednesday.) They could have made our stay terrific with the slightest effort which they were unwilling to make.

Lovely central and authentic modern hotel
Posted 11 Feb 2024 on HotelsOverall a nice authentic experience in a convenient location. Only let down by uncomfortable beds and lack of drinks available from the bar after 10pm! The authentic japenewe breakfast was beautifully presented but there were no other food options if it was not to your liking. Rooms were clean well equipped with nice bathrooms. Hotel very central and within easy reach of the main centre.
