I think buffet dining option is poor. You need to have more Turkish food ( sulu Yemek) . Also for evening buffet is very expensive, it doesn't worth £28 not including drink.

The check in process was not smooth; the staff was rude and rushing us for a 5 rooms check in process. WiFi was not working until we all came down for their personal service to get connected

All the outdoor areas are under construction. Very ugly outside. The Hotel pictures online don’t match reality. They should say before you book that the Hotel is under construction

Customer Service was top notch and exceptional. Unlike the other hotels we stayed at (who were frugal with everything), they were very warm and hospitable throughout our stay - we thoroughly ENJOYED it. The half-board meals were a great spread of food, especially the desserts. They even packed a lunch box on our last day as we left before breakfast They did not let us stay our extra days in the initial sea view room our tour booked for us so we had to change to a "side sea view" room we booked room, which was a pain (but fair enough). The massage in the spa downstairs was OK but the Turkish bath was a disaster as it was very noisy, chaotic and not relaxing with kids running all over and screaming. The Jacuzzi was lukewarm, so I didn't enjoy that, but seemed to be the case with all the hotels. But my overall experience at this hotel for the things that really mattered was 5*. I would love to go again for a relaxing week.

Beautiful and very clean. Everywhere you look at, it’s very nice. The people at dining area were very polite and helpful. Although the bed was not that comfortable, but overall we had so much fun staying and surely we will be back and recommend the place to our friends..And also, if you can have some English movies on your TV channels or even an English subtitle that would be a big factor to entice more guests….
