"It was under construction and being renovated. When it gets done the place will be very nice. The pool looked amazing and they even had a lazy river. The rooms could use a little updating but the beds amd amenities were very nice. When the work is done it will be a gem of a hotel!!!"

"Very poorly maintained. Dirty room, even the parking area was dirty and not maintained well. Room was not up to par. Toiletries provided were too little. Rooms were very smelly and AC not working well. Not worth the money. Such a disgrace to Terengganu tourism. Please never come here 👎"

"Very friendly reception, excellent service, clean and comfortable chalet, towels , working aircond.quick check in and checkout, very helpful reception and accommodating . Wi-Fi was slow and tv no reception but who watches tv nowadays. Initially during booking it says breakfast included however when asked it wasn’t included so we didn’t get breakfast with our room despite the booking said so.. this should really be rectified .. anyway we would stay again here love the chalet and convenience, beautiful turtle beach with clear blue waters nearby, we rented a scooter for 24h to go to the beach. Also the coconut drink stall at the bottom of chalet is recommended! Very delicious and fresh, I had it every time after coming from the beach :) as a family of 4, it was a comfortable stay , value for price especially access to the beautiful beach.. we also rented a boat for 1 hour to see turtles from a local - adik ril, go to the stall with life jackets on the beach and ask, much cheaper price than the rest of tourism boats"
