Overall very nice hotel. Definitely a place I would reconsider staying again. Only downside is that there isn’t much located within walking distance.

Had a great stay. Room was wonderful and staff was great.

Being very well situated at Bangsar, I was able to commute to my meetings with ease. The hotel is clean and staff are helpful and friendly.

Older building buy the looks of it. Not a bad stay but for a 5 star hotel by Wyndham I expect much better.

I was drugged at meals at the hotel. Noxious smells were piped into both different rooms I stayed in. I left the hotel 1 day earlier than expected as a result.

Worst “Birthday stay” experience!

The check-in date was my birthday and I noted in my reservation comments that it was a "birthday stay", but never once during check-in or during my stay did the staff mention my birthday. This was far below what I would have expected from a 5 star hotel with such poor staff service. Also, even though I clearly confirmed to the front desk staff upon check-in that I was staying "two nights," at the end of the first night stay, the staff opened the room door and rudely asked me "When will you check out?”. I informed the staff that I had told at the reception when checking-in that I would be staying two nights. Then the male staff left without saying any single apologies for opening the door without my permission or for not properly managing my reservation info. This hotel may be a 5 star "building" but the level of service from the front line staff is not up to that standard at all.
