The staff at the front desk was not helpful the room was dirty. I will not recommend nor stay at another one of these hotels.

1) Foul smell with the mini fridge due to leftover food left by previous tenant. 2) Wonder do they do any housekeeping beforehand. The floor is super dirty. They only mop the floor after we requested. 3) Toilet flush is not working despite coming into the room to rectify the fault at three different occasions. I know I can't expect much since i paying peanuts for the room. However I hope all these basic housekeeping are required to be taken care of.

Improvement needed

The management have to change it. Room is wet and dirty and I'm checked in the first room. Immediately request for room move but not friendly to move for me. Location is nice because next to shopping area. Pillow is not comfortable and the hot water hard to control when shower.

Mattress need to change to new one. Already old, no more spring. TV channel also worst
