Posted 27 Dec 2022 on HotelsThe room was okay for the price. The air condition was not cold enough and was making a lot of noise. Hair dryer has to be requested from the front counter. There is no fridge and no wardrobe to store our clothes. Our room was entered by the cleaning staff despite requesting for them not to do so.

Regards to the Aircon, we conduct servicing monthly. Hairdryer provided on request. Fridge & Cupboard are not provided. Housekeeping service is provided in all Stayover rooms to clear the rubbish in the rooms and refresh the rooms.

Great view and comfortable room
Posted 13 Feb 2020 on HotelsWe had a very comfortable room with lots of space and a great view (huge windows!) of the train station. It was an easy walk over the pedestrian bridge from TBS/BTS and there were several shops and places to eat nearby. The filtered hot and cold water in the hallway was a nice bonus. We were very happy with our stay and will be happy to stay here again.
