In terms of cleaning the rooms left a little to be desired and could be improved. In terms of service they were all fantastic🙂. And when it comes to the options of breakfast there wasn’t many but from the options that there were available they were all super nice and super delicious.

We spent 1 night at this hotel and have fallen in love with it. We definitely will stay here again in the future.
We are sitting in the hotel’s restaurant right now. We checked out and knew we wanted to have lunch here before we left. The food & service is top notch. I am a retired Chef so I greatly appreciate good service & cuisine.

Lovely stay, hotel is located really near monorail station so easy to get into the centre of town! Clean well equipped rooms with high quality furnishings!

The rooms need to be uograded. The actual room did not look like the ones we saw online during booking. It looked like a regular cheap hotel/motel.

I can comfortably say that The Chow Kit is my favourite hotel in Kuala Lumpur. Everything was just right. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who appreciates minimal design codes with a touch of heritage.

Claudia was helpful and friendly at check-in.
Room service took a while to deliver the dental kit. They also gave a kettle inside of an iron. At breakfast time, iced gencha came without ice.
Poor water flow at the sink.
All in all, we will most likely not return.

A Gem & must stay in Kuala Lumpur

The hotel was modern, clean and well appointed with an exceptional staff. The front desk and the restaurant team were especially welcoming and helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and highly recommend.
