Upon checking in, the receptionist neglected to inform me about the need for a $400 deposit on my credit card, in addition to the cash payment for my stay after he collected the money first. All he was care about is to collect money and he didn’t give me any information about the hotel It wasn’t until I asked about hotel facilities that I was made aware of this requirement. Now, after checking out, I’m still waiting for the refund, which they say will take two weeks.
