basic coffee not available when ask.
cleanliness of mirror so bad.
leakage of toilet and ponding water.

Hi Hafifi, thank you for your feedback. Much apologies, we are merely homestay apartment rental with very affordable price. Limited amenities is one of the downside to maintain affordable price. Full housekeeping and sanitize is done after each guest check out. Any issues you may let us know while in house so that we may assist accordingly. I like stay there because its very convenient. Not far from lrt station and shopping malls. Will be repeat staying there if I happen to KL again.... very recommend

Posted 28 Aug 2020 on HotelsService is fast and the person in charge was very polite. Only thing is our bath tub had a little rust. So can’t take hot bath.
