Nice room but need serious cleaning & Maintainance
Posted 10 Jun 2022 on HotelsThe room decor is quite decent, but the air-conditioning needs servicing. Temperature set to 16 but failed to cool the room even left on until next day. Cheap pillow (not comfortable), bedsheet got some stained on it, towel smells like it been left there for quite some time, and the cleaner forgot to remove used soap with some hair on it. Very disgusting!

Great place very cozy and comfortable. The room is small but enough for 2 people to move around, I love the massage chair great experience
However, it need little improvement for air conditioning

Reasonably new hotel. Location is alright and it was easy to find parking. Room size was alright and interior looked pretty good.
However, room was not very clean, bed sheets were stained. Service was not good. We were two persons but they only gave 1 room key. Had booked two nights but after 1 night the key stopped working and had to go back to reception. Shower heater was lousy. It was noisy. No hand soap in the bathroom. No water boiler in room.

Have a massage chair.. Its nice.. but i’m very dispointed about parking area.. its so limited.
