KL stay

It was a lovely stay. Well located. The new Pavilion is literally 2 min walk away and local food is available in the malls. The other mall is DC. MRT is just a few minutes walk within the Pavilion building. After I left the hotel to the airport, I realized that I left my Tiffany bracelet on the bedside table and might have knocked it on to the floor when I reached out for the phone in the night. Called the hotel, the manager, Akma promised me that he will check my room and he found my bracelet and kept it till I send a friend to collect it a few days later after I have left. The service is far and beyond particularly, Alma’s!

This place is clean and very luxurious for the price! I've been eyeing to come back here for quite awhile and it's still great! The spa is crazy good too!

Hotel was lovely with fantastic facilities. Location was not very central but there is a train station very close by. Lobby bar staff and housekeeping were great but check in and restaurant staff were not as attentive.

4 nights at Sofitel was nice. Room was comfortable and clean. Service was good and atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing.
