Great location. The additional Malaysian tourist tax needs to be clearer on the hotels.com website

When I checked in the hotel, the staff told me the hotel piping is leaking and would like to transfer me another budget hotel called Galaxy hotel. The hotel offered to me is dirty and smelly. Inside the room got cockroach.

受け付けは良い感じです。 不備があればすぐ対応してくれました。 ゴキブリ2匹と子ネズミ1匹が部屋に同居していました。 テレビは付きませんし、空調は騒音が大きく吐き出し口はゴミが溜まっていました。 月末に一泊する予定ですが、どこまで改善されるでしょうか？
