A bag of shopping items went missing from our hotel room. Housekeeping took the bag away as seen and shown on cctv footages. Reported to the team, it was inconvenient to get thru the duty manager. I had to go down to the Reception to wait and meet with the relevant team to solve the issue. The managers and directors advised me to report to the police at the station on my own, instead of them reporting after evidences was clearly shown. I asked for compensation for my stay and the items lost. Service recovery is still on going. Stay in this hotel at your own risk

The hotel staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the rooms are spacious and clean. However, slippers are not provided. On the bright side, the pool is excellent, complete with fun slides. The hotel's location is convenient, just a 10-minute walk from the Twin Towers in KLCC. Plus, there's a Starbucks within a one-minute walk from the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel.

Amazing hotel!
Posted 14 Nov 2023 on HotelsAmazing hotel in the CBD with great facilities for kids. The executive suite was very spacious and comfortable for a family of four. The club access provided parents with an area for children to have a full meal (complimentary) and activities in the evening while parents enjoy the club floor drinks/canapés.
The staff at the Renaissance are fabulous!
I was very impressed with Aishya in the kids club who was so kind and patient with my very shy 4 year old.
Equally, I was incredibly impressed with the check in and check out process with Nazrul who was very personable, accommodating and kind.
My only complaint was that the road noise from the suite facing the KL tower was loud and I found it very difficult to sleep. My children were fine as they area deep sleepers. If you’re a light sleeper then I’d request a room with a pool view instead.
