I went for check in on 4th sept.a horrible day for me when the front office was rude and unhelpful to the guest.the staff’s name wahida you are terrible bad.thank you for expedia and oyo centre really help to get back my refund.

Avoid ..

Tv does not work, no kettle or hot water. Filthy pillow and mattress , no pillow or mattress protectors . No toilet brush or bottled water. Large Lady on reception and air con are only good thing about the hotel. Noisy guests and traffic from the road And you don't mind an odd cockroach you be fine Bedding was begrudgingly change on request once in 11 days

Terrible hotel !!!

Arriving late around 6pm and the front desk man (indian) said the room that i booked (1 queen and 2 single bed) wasnt there. They only had 1king and 1 single. It was mistake by hotels.com picture. What the hell r u talking bout man? Ive confirmed with u by call, 2days before arriving, and he said confirm the 1 queen n 2 single room available on that day. So at last we had no choice and had to sleep in 1 king and 1 single room. Terrible and nightmare stay !!

Staff were very helpful. All listed amenities were provided. Few issues with hygiene.

The owner of the hotel was very professional and extremely hospitable. He really went out of his way to make sure my time at the hotel was the best it could be. 6 out of 5 stars for exceptional services. :)
