1* hotel with horrible experience

Pros: nothing
Cons: improve their honesty
they showed the pic and view of 5* hotel room but actually they r the small hotel across the road and they rent 1 long term room in the 5* one. I booked 5* one for the whole trip but they put me in their small htl for the first 2 days and i have to argued alot for refund. Everytimes i need room service I have to call a mobile phone number otherwise they never come, got no towers, shampoo...etc. What a horrible experience with this dodgy hotel.
