I booking 3 days before the D-day but on the D-day morning suddenly send me an email state due to system error no available room for me

I arrived before the checkin cutoff time to find nobody there... the security guards said it’s not a hotel and they can’t help as it’s private residence. So it’s the same as air bnb but at a hotel price. I waited 45 min and nobody showed... I then had to find a hotel at 10:45 pm that had a vacancy, as there was a large exhibition at the conference Center and most hotels in the area were booked out... I found a hotel but had to pay a premium for a last min booking at 11:30pm ...thanks for wasting my time and costing me money for nothing!

I truly enjoyed my stay there. Security was great, the flat itself is quiet and you couldn’t get a better location since it’s literally few minutes walk away from the twin towers! Thank you Lovely for being a wonderful assistant throughout my stay, she was there to ensure that I had everything I needed. Definitely recommend and will come back.

Great experience and great service from Lovely. She just like a concierge for this apartment that is designed and operating like a hotel. Comes with a whole range of toiletries and tea bags and coffee!

チェックインは私が英語が話せない為、なかなかスムーズには行きませんでしたが、その後はかなり快適でした。立地もサービスも清潔さも素晴らしかったです。
