Overall a nice property. My only critique would be related to staff follow through. I requested a car service from the airport. None arrived. I booked a tour through the concierge only to show up at the designated time with no record of the booking.

Reception staffs need more training, upselling room upgrade with MO option, final invoice has double billing. Had to call to get it revised and credited.

From the moment we arrived at the hotel the staff were very welcoming and friendly.Allthe staff had lots of advice to give us abd heped us anyway they could .We would highly recommend it to anyone

A great place that I plan to stay again at soon.
The staff are friendly and helpful, including specially Aslam and Fendi who are so service-minded and cheerful which is always nice!

Very good location, big shopping centres next door, lots eateries around too.
Happy with our shopping everyday.
