I hope next time if payment have been paid it should be update. So all staff will know what going on especially if costumer add breakfast.

The last time I stayed here was about 3 years ago. And the resort was poorly maintained since then. I stayed in room 302 on 23rd aug 2020. (1) the bathroom sink tap was lose and almost broken (2) there was no hot water in the bathroom (3) the room was missing hotwater kettle, asked for it but was delivered very late (4) the room telephone was not working (5) breakfast set is quite pathetic and not worth the value (7) the bathroom bidet was leaking
