The staff are super friendly and helpful. The rooms are a reasonable size. The top floor sitting and eating area is clean and comfortable. The hotel has done a lot to make the limited space in downtown KL welcoming and homelike.

Bad room connected to smoking terrace
Posted 19 Dec 2018 on HotelsThe hotel could not find my booking upon arrival. I was a young female traveling alone so I asked to be placed on a high floor for safety. I was placed in a room with a window into the public smoking terrace, where men and workers were constantly stabding directly outside my window and smoking. The walls need to be cleaned badly. Made the room look dirty. Otherwise is decent condition and kind enough staff. The double lock on my door was broken.

The hotel has perfect location and very nice roof. It is in the center and 2 min walking to metro station

A decent good hotel for business stay.

Comfortable accommodation in the city

Clean, Close to LRT station, nearby easteries

Pros: Good amenities and wifi. Shower. Comfortable bedding. Clean.
Cons: Soundproof improvement in room.
Location: Fast food variety. Easy access by LRT to KLCC, KL Sentral, Bandar Tasik Selatan (Access to TBS-Terminal Bersepadu Selatan Bus Terminal & KLIA Express)
Close to LRT station, very convenient for transfer to other locations. McD at groundfloor, Burger King and KFC opposite. Convenient to snack when hungry. Simple, clean and basic amenities in room. Electric kettle in room convenient for breakfast and bedtime drink. Good wifi.
Cons: poor soundproof, can hear noise from other guests at corridor. Noisy shower head (maybe due to pump at maximum level). Lift a bit slow.
Overall very comfortable with good deal. Will stay here again.
