Check-in 15/8, 16/8 morning shower and toilet water is very slow, 16/8 late evening asked at reception - being told that all has been told but I have not receive any info, 17/8 morning there's totally no shower water except water from tap sink , Cuckoo water purifier filter out of water.
Expressed my dissatisfaction during checkout at 9am while informing Expedia CS at the same time.

Hotel is only 5mins walk from sunway pyramid, which is convenient. Only cons i feel is theres no hot shower, but i understand that its an eco hotel.
It is definitely worth the amount paid
