I had such a bad experiences at Amari Kuala Lumpur. And I’ve decided to share my thoughts. I suffered the worst allergic reactions when I arrived in Malaysia, so I was super careful and I was so sensitive to everything, Amari detergent used on their sheets and robes cause my hives to get much worst. My apple charger when missing ( pretty much taken) And to top it all , my half finish filled laundry bag got taken without my consent’s. Suffice to say, The worst hotel experiences in my life! And I have stayed in 5 stars hotel all over the globe! I have never leave a bad reviews for any hotels in my short life. But Amari made me feel so bad. I do not want anyone else experiencing my misfortune. Suffice to say , I will not stay there again.

New hotel in KL EcoCity worth a try

We stayed in a superior King room. The view was amazing. Bed was comfortable, air conditioning just right. Pool was very clean and mostly quiet, with a panoramic view of surrounding city. Hotel is not in KL city or Bukit Bintang area but we still had free tour pickups. Its proximity to Adbullah Hukum LRT and KTM makes city centre and tourist attactions easily accessible. It is just adjacent to two Megamalls with plenty of eating and shopping options. The Hor Fun in the hotel's own restaurant Amaya Food Gallery is amazing, but a bit pricey. In the foyer of the hotel, there is a real ginger bread house with frosting!

Hotel is new but shower area very dirty, look like was not clean for a long time with stains. Bed was too soft, very uncomfortable for me with back problem. Bed frame and hot water kettle were also dusty.
