OVERALL OK. NEED MORE MAINTENANCE ON THE PROPERTY AS THE ROOM'S FLOOR IS SOPILED.

Overall, the hotel is good. It is clean and comfortable, the facilities are good. The price is attractive but when I used Expedia to book the hotel, I had to pay more RM10 for the tourist tax, that is unreasonable.

Pros: not much
Cons: the front desk staffs
Location: nothing
During check out the staff was not friendly and was on middle of phone chatting while I was standing in-front of him.. Feel very disappointed when I have to wait for more than half an hour just for housekeeping to confirm for my release.. Another incident I left my satin cloth and have to wait for more than an hour just to get my cloth and have to fill up form to get the cloth.

The apartment is good but not well maintained. Tq
