Good 3 star Hotel but Poorly Maintained

Celyn Hotel is located near a mall which is an ideal location. The hotel furnishing is as good as any 3star hotel however the maintenance of the hotel was disappointing. The room and bathroom was not thoroughly clean and had leftovers from the previous guest. I had to personally scrub the bathroom. Bedsheets also had greyish hue to it including the towels rather than the fresh white colour that normal hotels would have. It is ashamed that such a hotel is poorly maintained and it seems as though the management hasn't taken any noticed of it.

Nice place and a good value. Staff was super kind. Steps away from a mall and eating places! Good location

Hotel was at a good location... no worry’s on grocery’s even if forgetter to bring along... food was good easily available But hotel walkway was bit warm no aircond.. or air... Inner room wall plugs was not user friendly.. like you got to off the water boiler was not at the right place.. phone and laptop charging was not in a right place .. overall good.. always room for improvement.. keep up the good work..

Not meet expectation at all. Smell of cockroaches in the room/toilet. Found cockroaches in the toilet.

Unfriendly welcome! Takes long minutes to do the checkin. Got smoky smells room, was asking to change the room to none smoking room and waited again.. not enough electric plug in the room.
