Very convenient to local mall shopping. Outstanding decent-size room with marble floors. Many amenities provided.

Clean room but no lift

Responsive staff regardless the time

Cons
I was staying at top floor. There's no lift.
Window cannot be opened
We could not open the blind because people on street can see straight through -this can be sorted with frosted film

性價比非常之高的酒店，獨遊亞庇的首選，聽我說，選AC Residence沒錯了，⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐之選！當天凌晨才到沙巴，然後打車司機在街道就隨便把我放下了，我在whatsapp中告訴酒店員工，他們還特意來接我呢。員工非常有交帶，事前還會在whatsapp告知我如何入住呢，而且房間打掃得很乾淨沒有異味，冷氣很涼快！其實雖然面積小但是兩塊落地玻璃的設計還是讓人很寫意的！地點是在Asia City，前面行人天橋直走就能到太平洋購物中心、菲律賓市場，很方便的！

Good location in a lively part of town. Close to the waterfront. Great attention to detail from the staff. We would stay there again!
