The building is old and it shows. Whilst I am sure in its heyday it was a 5 star resort it is now showing signs of mould and general disrepair. The carpet outside our room was sodden for a week due to a leak in the air conditioning system which had come through the ceiling in the hallway. We were offered a different room but following conversations with other travelers realized that our room was one of the better ones (without mould) - the staff are absolutely amazing at doing the best they can to maintain an old building which is in dire need of a good makeover.

Kids absolutely loved the Warwick. The pool was clean and big. The Spa was fantastic as we had a few rainy cooler days while we were there. Although some other adults came over from the adults only area to the spa and we heard them complaining about all the kids when they were the ones that came over to the kids side of the resort. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bathrooms in the rooms could do with a bit of a make over as the shower leaked and the glass wall moved. Overall was a great stay and a wide range of activities in and around the resort

I loved the people they would do everything they could to make everyone happy.
The Warwick resort grounds are beautiful.
The breakfast was Plentiful adding different things every day.They even had roasted eggplants and ocras
which I loved.
The beach in front of the resort is calm for swimming and snorkeling.
They have enough restaurants my best was wicked walu.
The prices at the restaurants are similar to Australia’s .
The room was beautiful and these lovely ladies were making the rooms every day.They left fluffy white towels and if you needed something extra they would bring it straightaway.
What can I say…my friend and I stayed there for 10 nights and we enjoyed every minute of it.

Unclean room, with stained linens, water leak in room (had to change room), rooms are not same as what is shown in pictures, "All Inclusive" add-on has different meaning when booking and at the hotel, All inclusive add-on during booking only means to getting buffet lunch and dinner in a single restaurant at the resort and only includes 1 soft drink. Restaurant staff was very friendly but they had to follow the rules set. Expensive food. Had to make dinner reservation and they ran out of main course foods for their buffet. Tables and chairs for dining area was not clean. Overall stay is not worth the price. Will not choose to go back.

We had such a magical stay at the Warwick! The staff such as Veronica and Adi were so accomodating and made us feel like family! We stayed in a club room which is very worth it for the afternoon tea, drinks and canapés as well as escaping to an adults only floor. The resort is quite far from Denaru so plan your trip accordingly with your flight times. Other than that the hotel was stunning and we can’t wait to go back! Also make sure you book dinner as soon as you arrive for the week ahead so you don’t miss out!

I really enjoyed my stay here. The greeting and staff service at the reception was 10/10. Very friendly. Jacks and Tapoos shop is inside the resort, good for tourists to buy necessities & souvenirs from if they are not planing to visit the local town. All the food I bought was spot on from the restaurants, even the room service food was excellet thought being a tad bit on the expensive side. I would reccomend sorting transport beforehand as the resort is 2 hours drive from the international airport. There are both adult and kids pool, but i spent most of my time on the beach swimming in nice warm fiji waters. Beware, theres lots of coral so best wear protective foot ware when going in the waters (advice more for kids). It is a old infrastructure but has been updated & maintained well.
