Great hot tub, steam room and swimming pool

Our room was okay but items should be Changed Out. The Chair that is in the room With Wheels is Very Dirty… I hope that stain that’s on there is Nit Whst I think it is. The Window Was Soo bad with Dirt we Couldn’t open the Window, and the Window Cil was Really Dirty. beds look Raised just by the Feet and it was Lumpy looking Because the Comfoter was Bot Smooth. Mattress was w as y to soft so if your sharing a bed you Really feel Every Move like being on a boat! There were Bo Instructions on How to Iperate the Heat and Air Unit. We were on the 1st Floor and you can Really hear the People on the Top Floor. There was Never Anyone at the Front Desk. When we Checked in and Out. You Advised a Restaurant that was Not at all even there. The Hit Tub was Nit available. I Will say however that Brittani that works there was Very Helpful, she took Time to Help us with our needs.

The room was very large and spotless. Much better in real life than on the booking site.

No breakfast made it hard since I was there for work. Online said there was supposed to have it, but they did not. Coffee was gross.

The staff at the front counter was amazing I forgot her name my check out was at 11:00…i ask if I could stay an extra hr and she let me🙏🙏👍👍will stay again someday thanks.

The staff were pleasant but not invested in making sure our stay was good. Our first room had ants, we were offered another room. We move to a different from only to find ants in that room, something that looked like rat poop in the sheets, and hair on the floor in the bathroom. We talked to the front desk,he couldn’t do anything.. the manager wasn’t in. We were told there were no rooms available. Worst stay ever and we travel every weekend.

Much cleaner then other places in the city, coffee pot needed to be cleaned and it only makes one cup
