There were ants all over the kitchen area. Found mouse feces in the beds. Pool was like a swamp with two by fours floating in it. Ice machine was nonfunctional and has mold inside. Hot tub was nonfunctional. Advertised game room/arcade was just a ping pong table and room was riddled with trash.

thank you. we do not advertise pool or spa and this is winter. We do not have any bugs mouse or anything .you stayed in the room more than four housed. you seen sign pool is close when checking you never said anything. we do not run ice machine in the winter and you are lying that mold in the ice machine. we did not find anything and one of guest asked me why he is yelling and i told him. he offer me to inspect room found none of things are true. i do have a witness. you guys were rude. We had guest next day in same room they were very happy.they stayed 2 night.

Centrally located around shops, restaurants and bars. We really enjoyed the rec room and hot tub

Far from Palisades Resort but it's better than no lodging at all.
