Close enough to downtown but the shuttle only has limited times a day which makes it a bit inconvenient to get around. For the resort fee charged , would like more shuttle options and some included activities such as paddle board , kayaks, bikes, etc. The property itself is nice with a secluded feeling but could use some more attention to detail in the rooms. Chipping door, paint and base boards, things like that. The pools are nice and well landscaped. Overall a nice place to stay when going to Key West.

The room was nice and spacious and liked that it had access to the pool from the other entrance

Having only valet parking is annoying. Also three of the four pools being closed on sunset is ridiculous.

We close three pools at sunset for the safety and comfort of our guests. The main pool at The Grove does stay open until 10pm. Loved this place since the first time I went for my honeymoon in 2018. Still stay there and it’s 2024. Me and my husband love parrot key hotel!

The hotel was amazing. Beautiful view,clean and comfortable room. Valet people were so nice and polite, the rest of the staff could be a little more welcoming and helpful but overall not bad.

This was an amazing oasis. Amazing landscaping and beautiful views off the coast. So private and quiet! Food at the resort restaurant was excellent as well. We ate there several times during our stay. 10000/10 would absolutely recommend!
