Too expensive for what you get - even in key west. Food is too expensive - so eat downtown. Most staff was courteous and pleasant, but bartenders and servers were inattentive.

This is a great place to stay, next time we decide to visit Key West we will fly. This property has shuttle service to and from the airport, they also have shuttle services to the main attraction area, you do not need a vehicle visiting Key West. The beach is directly across the street from the resort " there are not many beach resorts in Key West this one is perfect, The pool area is nice with two tiki bars available, the restaurant has a nice selection of food and it was very good. Hope this helps you who every reads this

Can’t thank the front desk and shuttle service enough for their hospitality and amount of care they put into their work. Everyone was so accommodating and made sure we were taken care of. We will be back next time we return to Key West.

I would not stay at this property again. It is located directly across from Smathers Beach and the food was average but the pool is small, rooms need to be cleaner, no ice in designated areas, no tv service for 3 days during our stay, and a barking dog in the room next to us made it very hard to get any rest. All of this will keep me from booking this property again. I would also advise not to book through Expedia as it is nearly impossible to get reimbursed if you have any uncontrollable travel delays.

It was an average resort. I wasn’t thrilled with how loud the rooms were and that if the person in the room next to you or across the hall opened and closed the door it sounded like your own door and it woke us up multiple times. I just wasn’t too impressed over all. It was a place to sleep and was very clean so that part I was pleased with.

Easy access to beach...all amenities...pool, restaurant, gift shop, bar, plenty of conversation areas...we rented a suite with ,2 bedrooms, kitchenette, fold out couch, 3 queen beds, ,3 TV's, 1 full and one half bath.

We had a fabulous time on vacation but the rooms were not cleaned. The floors were filthy, there was mold on walls in the shower. I had to go find a cleaning lady and get her broom and go clean my own room, I should be paid for having to clean my own room, toilet is wobbly, had to find maid for more towels, toilet paper, garbage bags
