Perfectly located. Great staff! We really enjoyed our visit and would stay here again if we came to downtown Kelowna. I especially appreciated all the beautiful flowers and hanging baskets!

Beautifully maintained hotel with great pool area for families. Only short coming was when we called the front desk to request a late check out they said they couldn’t do it. Moments later we logged in to their app to request it via that option. Within moments the AI Bot confirmed they would be happy to accommodate a late check out. Not sure how the app could accommodate us better than the in-person employee working the front desk? It worked out but suggest Delta align their in person service to what they provide via their app. This was a time waster - should have gone to the app first I guess…who knew?!
