Staff refused entry of a third party massage therapist after their spa closed. I hired the therapist for my wife for Mother’s Day. They refused the entry of the therapist until I got involved. Other than that the staff were extremely helpful and courteous

It is a fantastic place to stay when you visit Thailand. The restaurant was excellent, the pools were clean, and the staff was friendly. I highly recommend it!

The staff was welcoming and accommodated our needs during the entire stay. Everyone always greeted us with smiles. The grounds and the room was clean. Room was comfortable. They offer shuttle to and from the beach daily. The main restaurant has a wide selection of breakfast foods. We took a complimentary yoga class that is offered twice per week and it was great! Meditation is offered on Saturdays. Loved the ambience and location of this resort, too.

The Mandarava is unlike any property I've ever visited before. Built on a mountainside, the views are always spectacular. Five different pools and two unique restaurants to chose from help to make this property stand out. The staff here went above and beyond to truly make this a memorable stay. As it is built into a mountainside, there are a lot of steps, but the attendants are happy to give you a ride to your room if your legs can't take it. Fantastic place!
