Room Type booked was 2BHK Villa with private pool, first day rate should not include a private pool rate as property provided us with uncleaned pool which was already informed multiple times after check in which was never cleaned and they only changed our room second day after multiple complaints Dinning was too conjusted, with shortage of staff and staff were only looking after the orders who were ordering alcarte and all package booked people were simply unnoticed. Expedia should get involved and get some credits for room type they offered the first day as they charged us a huge amount
