Really enjoyed it wonderful, clean nice people spacious tremendous food tremendous good-looking women oh it was just a wonderful time. Can’t wait to go back and get some barbecue. Love Kansas City loved downtown.

The Embassy Suites is just a reliably nice place to stay. We like the separate sleeping areas. The outer area has a second sink, as well as a mw, minifridge, & coffee maker. The air system is controlled by a wall thermostat, and provides just the right amount of white noise to block out any outside noise. Breakfast was good, although the scrambled eggs & sausages weren't hot. Many people opted to have a made-to-order omelet, so maybe that's why the eggs weren't hot. Staff were all friendly, and check-in and check-out were both fast and easy. The only downside to the hotel is that parking isn't free. They do have free drinks and snacks during happy hour, so maybe that makes up for it.

This is a pretty neat hotel. The decor looks like something from Italy. I love that there is a garage. Beware your digital key does not work to get into/out of the parking lot or the hotel. You need an actual room key. Staff was very friendly.

All the extra fees were frustrating and i felt a little mislead. Paying $200 for a night should include all the amenities, but an upcharge for wifi is ridiculous. What isnt advertised online is the extra fee for parking. There is no parking available close to the hotel, so if you have a vehicle you have no choice but to pay the $25 a night parking fee.

Good location. Spacious room. Pool area was very relaxing (didn't like having to get a separate key, but not a deal breaker either). Also do not prefer the way the bathroom area is set up, especially if our child would've been with us. Overall a 4/5

Thank you for your feedback. I understand the frustration regarding the pool key, but we do that for child safety purposes to ensure the safety of all of our guests. I also completely understand that the set up of the restroom is not preferable.
