It’s unfortunate we have to leave this review but we would like others to be aware and not experience what we did as Phuket is know for its beautiful beaches. We fell into the worst experience stay here. We had a feeling something wasnt right from the moment we got there, we kept attempting to not focus or think much about it and enjoy the beautiful ocean view it gives. The restroom toilet, tub and small shower are in one room not giving a good air flow or a vent becoming very stuffy and unpleasant drain smell. Our pool was shared with two other guest next to us. There was other guest above us and then rooftop where it could be a bit rowdy and loud not recommended as many were throwing cigarette buds and spitting down into the pool we aren’t sure if they realized or considered of other guest underneath them. As we were going to bed we kept having a strong odor of urine in the room making it unable to rest well. We then decided to undo the whole bed and see what was going on that is when we felt absolutely disgusted and upset the bed sheet had urine stain and strong Oder the mattress was stain and we headed over to the lobby and kindly tried to explain the unfortunate experience as they did not seem to accommodate us or refund us for the inconveniences we coming across, we decided to check out the next day book elsewhere.

We loved Zenmaya Oceanfront Zeascape. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Mike the resort manager had excellent communication, and wanted to ensure we were happy and taken care of. If you’re looking for a relaxing couple of nights, this is the place to go, we had a room with a shared pool and couldn’t be happier. A little out of the way, so not really walkable to shops or other restaurants, they have a new Executive Chef on staff so we are excited to see what he does with the menu.

This place has amazing views and very clean and staff was helpful and nice. However not in walking distance of anything and requires motorbike or taxi to get around. Very nice pool and dining with dining pricey.
