Property was okay and the rooms were fine but lots of noise nearby from a construction going on in the adjacent plot. Aircon in the room was quite noisy too. The breakfast selection was very good. Unfortunately the pool had small tiles coming off and some were scattered at the bottom of the pool which was very dangerous. Cleanliness average and lots of bugs in the area which meant the fumigation was not top notch considering this was rainy season. Kids were screaming most of the day around the pool area due to the water slide. Kids club was okay but again cleanliness was average so overall the general feel was basic.

Internet was slow and range was poor
Pool tiles were missing and loose
Staff quality was hit and miss; some excellent and some horrific
Breakfast was the same with no variety
Pool table at bar had no cue tips
Overall the property needs a renovation to really be classed as 5 star.

Not maintained well - tiles coming loose in the pool, floorboards loose, severe bug issue around the door, leaking roof etc.
