The room is big but old and can be cleaner. The breakfast was not good at all and they forgot to bring my husbands breakfast plate that he ordered after waiting for almost 45 minutes. My husband and I waited for 20 minutes after checking out without anyone telling us we were fine and checked out. On top of that we waiting for another 15 minutes for our taxi and guests that came after us got their cabs before us. Im pretty sure we missed our flight thanks to the front desk staff! We should have stayed at Cape Sienna. All of this literally happened in less than 24 hours. I’m so glad we didn’t stay here for 2 weeks.

Lovely stay, quiet resort

Very beautiful property and very attentive and helpful staffs. There is nothing in walking distance. We took a day trip to the islands and one day in patong. As a 5 star luxury hotel, I think several details need to be improved. Towels thicker and not as worn, better gym facility (gym not usable), lounge chairs in better condition; a small gift shop for necessities such as sun block and ibuprofen especially there is nothing nearby. One recommendation for future travelers, book rooms with swimming pool attached. There is only one not too big common pool by the breakfast area. The restaurant is great with wonderful breakfast.
