I find the reception staff unfriendly. Even right in front of them, they only responded when I started talking to them. They didn't provide me with any information such as Wifi login, dining room location & breakfast time. Very poor quality of service.

Overall it was a pleasant stay. Unfortunately I have a few things to complain about. The bedside lamp and a the lamp at the clothing rack was broken. There was no shampoo, only dental packs, two bar soaps available. I asked the receptionist for shampoo but they said it's not provided. There was no bottled water upon checking in. I was given two bottles of drinking water when I told the staff about it. The room is not soundproof. I personally don't think they're that big of a deal if I can get a good price. Might consider booking again if I'm visiting somewhere nearby.

good for a quick stay in jb, staff service was excellent, facilities are not super clean but reasonable for a short stay

Family trip but arrived at different times but the tolerance & considerate staff (indian lady) make my late arrival easy. staying at the 5th floor for 5 days. clean hotel and pleasant to stay. Except the 2nd day when we return the hotel was not cleaned up but upon request the staff did the cleaned up very fast and also a call made during my deep sleep at nite at 11pm requesting for iron board. hahahaha.. overall its a good peaceful place to stay..

Nice place but bad bedding

The hotel is perfect and very nice and comfortable where the reception is quick with the check-in and the price is perfect for us going for work but the bed is a bit too soft and the headboard is loosely mounted that when you turn it squid that needs to look into the matter.
