Heater was not working at the time of check-in. Hotel should have notified us in advance.

Need improvement on essentials

(1) Both bath towels were not changed for the two night stay after the room service done on the next day. Is it a practice from the hotel or forgotten ? (2) Toilet area can have more hooks for hanging bath towels or clothing at the big empty space wall.
