Horrible stay at KSL residence

Wifi not working Shower head didnt work and pipe leaking so bad! Couldnt shower Outside unit had drinks spillage and construction remains! Very bad stay. Definitely not recommended

the property itself is ok, only issue is the aircon in the smaller room is weak, and the remote couldn't adjust the temperature. But the weakest area is the slow lifts. they are simply under capacity to handle all the residence of the building. During the peak hours, we spent 30mins in each to get down from 9th floor to the ground floor.

Apartment was clean, but facilities very basic. One bedroom had no curtains. After reporting was given a simple cover for the middle part of the window. 1 mattress not comfortable, as it sags in the middle.

The pasar malam every Monday was an eye opener for my family. The location of the residence is great. The only complaint I have is the lift of the residence; it shuts mercilessly. Quite dangerous for young kids.
