The staff and location are the best things about this hotel. Tv didn’t work, aircon was so notvworning and though the staff tried, not much can be done in such short notice. Should request for room on lower floor so reception is better! Actually booked 2 nights and paid, but lost money as checked out after 1 night as my child really was unhappy. No air con, tv that doesn’t work, very difficult to rest well. Breakfast was not so bad so actually management should spend some money and do some minor renovation. Have. Very good location but we lost money As already paid for room on hotel.com. So disappointing!

Run down hotel, receptionist was dishonest, collected hotel fee twice, didnt want to cause trouble hence just gave them the extra RM20 (for 2 nights). No towels provided, room felt eerily creepy, was unable to sleep well for both nights, kept waking up every hour or so. Only good thing about this hotel is the location. Overall, worst hotel experience ever.

Air-con on second nite totally not cold at all, make me cant sleep the whole nite and perspire the whole nite. Last day before check out, after I came back from the breakfast at 4th storey, my card totally cannot use at all, I need to waste my time to go all the way to the lobby and ask them what happen.

Photos shown online are outdated. Damage Furnitures , door ,curtain and u can feel the mattress spring when sit or lay down. Dusty room, wet carpet ,omg sucks. Worst its haunted . Was disturbed from 12midnight till 3am plus.

Poor condition. No towels, when trying to contact the reception, room phone is not working. Left immediately to go to another hotel.

NICE LOCATION BUT TERRIBLE ROOM FACILITIES

Pros: ROOM IS SPACIOUS
Cons: THE ROOMS, TOILETS & EVERYTHING INCLUSIVE OF THE BREAKFAST AREA
The building is skyscraper but the room is horrible, air con not working, toilet was not flush from the previous tenant, toilet seat stained, found lizard poop on the sink counter, no water sprinkler, no toiletries except for toothbrush & 2 tiny bar soap, water from the tap is white in color not normal water color. Water boiler heat rod rusted, therefore the boiled water cannot be consumed. The TV is an ancient tv box type, no remote & transmission sucks. The pillow smell. Overall rating NO GOOD, THE ONLY THING THAT IS GOOD ABOUT THIS HOTEL IS ITS LOCATION. THE MANAGEMENT SHOULD RENOVATE ALL THE ROOM INCLUSIVE OF THE LIFT LOBBY SHOULD THEY WANTED TO STAND OUT SINCE THEIR LOCATION IS GOOD

Eerie hotel

1) Room seems old with old furnitures & worn-out flooring carpet, box TV with poor picture quality.. 2) The room seems not well lit. 3) The bed mattress are hard 4) No fridge provided 5) but the toilet is quite clean
