Check in took > 15 mins even though there is no queue. Variety in breakfast buffet can be better. It is limited to 1 type of food per region cuisine. Would prefer of they can offer better spread for Asian cuisine or western cuisine. Car park validation is very inconvenient. Need to take your physical TnG card for validation at reception and has only 10 mins grace before exit.

Does not value the money. Is too expensive and the room condition is not well maintain. Most of the things are really old and most of the furniture are really minimum for a suite especially for the toilet. Wifi was slow and not stable. Aside the location is good and there is nothing much i think is worth the stay based on the rate.

Good location, opposite is aeon and Mcdonald just beside. Enjoy staying there as very accessible.

Location is superb, staff is friendly and helpful but the overall cleanliness and condition of the property should be improved drastically.

Some lightings in the room had issues lighting up. The buffet breakfast had slight delay topping up the food. May be due to shortage of staff. Location-wise very near to Aeon Bukit Indah and just next to McD too.
