Totally diffrent from picture… ppl always say, photo is nicer then real life only.. but i still hope all ur hotel can make over to be better

Very Basic hotel

- TV remote control broken with scotch taped.
- TV can on but offline. Cannot watch
- Broken dressing table can see with a pole tahan below
- Bidget water spray control is at tap. Not head
- The single bed bedsheet is with stain
- To sutera mall need walk about 10-15mins depending on your pace. Suggest just take grab RM6 only
- walk way carpet is flipped. Be careful will trip
- carpark is public just in front of hotel. Evening is very packed.
- location not prime but surrounding got basic food and 24/7 convenience shop (imitation of 7-11)
- after 8pm got a lok lok van. Didn’t try.
Very basic hotel. Stay 1-2 nights still ok. Won’t recommend for long stay.

Very near to mall and lots of nice food around. Hotel condition can be better managed

Room card can’t open the door and have to wait about 1hr for them to send over the spare key. Most of the rooms are same, cards can’t use. Room 202 water tap was spoiled n room floor very stinky. TV also spoiled.

A Bad Encounter wt both Here Hotel & Hotels.com
Posted 6 Jul 2023 on HotelsHotel reception turned us away as they said that their system was overbooked and asked us to contact Hotels.com directly. We had already paid fully for 2 rooms for our family through Hotels.com. We were held in an overseas call wt Hotels.com and not allow to hang up until the hotel verify that we were turned away. For more than 30 mins we held on to the call but according to Hotels.com their multiple calls could not get through. Naturally I was enraged and sought alternative accommodation on our own since no one could resolve the problem. I asked the hotel staff to give me a written note so that it would be easier for me to seek for a refund but was refused as staff said it was not hotel problem but Hotels.com. Whatever, please note the inconvenience caused to your hotel guests.
