Booked last minute and arrived late from SG. Booked 2 rooms for 6 adults but upon checking in we were asked to pay for more if we want extra bedding. Staff was not helpful initially until we called Expedian customer service team to dispute. Non smoking rooms smelled like smoke and bathroom sink was clogged. Breakfast was okay.

Spacious, clean and very close to KSL. Large open air food centre next to the hotel.

Toilet ceiling is dripping, informed staff to repair but in vain. we have to go out to use the public toilets.

Property could do with uplift and embracing more digitisation. It’s very old and requires some major renovation. Staff are very nice and polite.
For example, security deposit could be charged to a credit card instead of cash. The wifi is also very slow and unstable. To be very frank, I would rather book elsewhere with a smaller room, but with better wifi.
