NOTE - Hotel expects a RM10 for 2 pax per night on top of what you paid in Expedia. Hotel staff said this is for the city tax. This wasn't made known to me by Expedia at all. Would be better if this was informed earlier and sorted out.
Location - it's indeed very convenient location being just across the road from city square mall and walking distance to the Pasar Karat (Bazar JB).
Condition of hotel - alot of wear and tear and some things/covers are missing. Housekeeping crew has done a relatively good job to keep the room and toilet relatively clean. If it bugs you to see rust or missing covers, pls dun book here then. Also, the pillows are way too soft.

Price has increased recently. No discount for Expedia member.
My room was at level 2, and there were water splashing sound throughout the night.

My hotel experience..
Posted 24 Jan 2024 on HotelsVery convenient n close to City Square. Washing basin in toilet leaks.. Room interior is very classic n clean. Hall to the room is a bit smelly. Overall, it is a value for money staying.
