The poor rating is not for the hotel itself which is fine and is a nice hotel. The poor rating is because of the situation with transportation that the hotel was supposed to organize. It seems that they outsource transportation services to another company and that company was absolutely horrible - they just never bothered to show up. This was not an isolated incident but happened to multiple colleagues who needed transportation services. I understand that it was not the hotel's responsibility, but if they could not offer a reliable service, then they shouldn't have offered it at all. I was stranded in the middle of no where with no wi-fi and the driver never bothered to show up. To add insult to injury - the hotel charged me even though the driver never picked me up!

Staff at front desk generally helpful. Staff at the restaurant is a different story .The first night the fact that we had paid for our dinner with my daughters' card they called us rudely on the phone inpur room asking me to come to the dining to pay for my dinner . when I told them that my daughter had paid they ask that my daughter go to the dining room to pay. Only to apologise later that it was a mistake. ! I did complain to the management. If indeed WWE did not pay it would have been sufficient to put the sum owed on the room bill. In addition shuttle trip from J'burg airport to the Hotel in Pretoria was overcharged by 250 rands . The hotel being aware of how we were swindled reimbursed 250 in cash when we checked out Quite an experience .

Great location sitting between a mall and a stadium. The facility is very clean and modern, and the service and attitude of the staff was excellent!

Excellent facilities. Well trained personable staff members. Exceptional management team. Comfortable rooms. Very spacious. Clean / quiet / exactly what is advertised and more. Watertight security including the fact that you need a key card to access not only your room/s but also the elevators. Staff bent over backwards to accommodate our many bizarre requests and showed no surprise or overt interest in the rational for same a fact I very much appreciate. Would I recommend- absolutely.
